Yes, we accept both Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards as a form of payment. Many clients find these accounts to be a convenient way to cover the cost of therapy.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
If your insurance plan isn’t accepted or doesn’t cover services, you can still receive care at Whole Life Solutions. We offer a private pay rate and will walk you through your options. Please call our office to learn more.
Yes. Many clients choose to work with us as out-of-network providers. Depending on your plan, you may be able to submit receipts for partial reimbursement. We're happy to provide a monthly superbill for this purpose.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less notice—or missed without notice—will incur a $95 no-show fee.
Your therapist will create a tailored plan just for you, based on your goals, needs, and life circumstances. Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. As you make progress, you and your therapist may decide to space sessions out or adjust as needed. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—we’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable.
Many insurance plans do cover couples and family therapy—but coverage can vary depending on your provider and plan. We recommend calling your insurance company to ask specifically about benefits for relationship or family-focused counseling.
Whether you're just starting to explore therapy or ready to dive deeper, we're here to support you with compassion and care.
