Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor
I view counseling as both a science and an art—a dynamic, creative process that helps individuals learn, grow, and overcome the challenges that shape their everyday lives. My approach is highly individualized, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered methods, and strengths-based, expressive techniques to support each client’s unique goals for emotional and cognitive well-being.
I earned both my B.S. in Psychology and Music (2019) and my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2023) from Bradley University. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as in correctional environments. My clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, mood and personality disorders, schizophrenia, and substance use challenges.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll likely find me making music—playing trombone in local jazz and wind ensembles, or dabbling with piano and vocals. I’m also a lifelong gamer, from retro NES classics to modern PC titles, and an avid motorsports fan with a passion for all things racing—whether it’s NASCAR, F1, IndyCar, or IMSA.
Whether you’re seeking support, healing, or personal growth, I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
