MA, Mental Health Counselor
I’m so grateful you’re exploring support—you’re in the right place.
I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges, transitions, and everything in between. I believe in the healing power of simply being present—offering a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and accepted without pressure or judgment.
My background includes working in addiction recovery, intellectual and developmental disability services, and early intervention with children on the autism spectrum. These experiences have shaped my passion for working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life changes, self-esteem struggles, and neurodivergent identities. I have a special place in my heart for those facing big transitions or carrying burdens that feel heavy or isolating.
In my approach to therapy, I value authenticity, collaboration, and care. I’m drawn to person-centered, trauma-informed work, and I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients create meaningful change at their own pace. I believe healing happens when therapy is tailored to you—your story, your strengths, your goals.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll likely find me making art, hiking with my husband and our dog, or spending time with family and friends. I bring that same sense of curiosity, creativity, and connection into my work with clients.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate your next steps. You’re not alone—and I’m here when you’re ready.
